Girl Talk HQ is a daily women's news site started by Creator & Editor-in-Chief, Asha Dahya, with a mission to inspire and empower. Girl Talk HQ was willing to spread the word about the BP4HS program and we jumped at the chance! I blogged about a my personal experience with body image, which acts my as inspiration to fight the body positive fight!

Dr. Carol Langlois is an educational consultant and author of Girl Talk: Boys, Bullies and Body Image. Dr. Carol's blog, Girl Talk, touches on a number of subjects related to increasing self-esteem in young girls. Her book takes an extremely interesting perspective and approach to the difficult topics of boys, bullies and body image. Dr. Carol asked for a guest blog post related to body image and in true BP4HS fashion, I blogged about the Mirror Exercise!
